Alarmed police stopped a car carrying such a heavy load the roof had partially caved in and was “in a position likely to cause danger”.

An entire pallet of bricks, almost as high as the vehicle itself, was stacked on top of the three door car.

Police pulled the car over reporting they struggled to see “anything right” with the setup, reports CambridgeshireLive.

The car was spotted by officers on New Barns Road, in the city of Ely, with the pallet of heavy goods strapped to the roof and no registration number on the front.

The heavy load appeared to cause the roof of the car to cave in slightly, leaving it in a likely position “to cause danger”, police said.

The car also didn’t have its registration attached to the front

Officers also found the run-down vehicle, which was covered with stickers, without any car insurance.

The driver was reported for no insurance, dangerous driving and “using a motor vehicle on a road with a load which was in a position likely to cause danger”, according to Cambridgeshire Constabulary.

Cambridgeshire Constabulary shared the news of the dangerous driver on Facebook with the caption: “Can anyone spot anything right with this car?”.

Underneath was written: “Us neither!”.
