Sam Faiers has revealed she’s got the birthing pool “ready to go” as she gets prepared to welcome her third child with partner Paul Knightley, 34.
The 31 year old, who recently hinted that she “feels lost” in her pregnancy, took to her Instagram feed to post a sweet black and white photo of herself and her two children Paul, six, and four year old Rosie before opening up on her journey.
“Hey everyone, I hope you’re all having a lovely Sunday [smiling emoji] Little bump update [pregnant woman emoji] not many changes apart from its bigger, tighter & very heavy not long now.” she started her message to her 2.5million followers.
The former TOWIE star continued: “We have the birthing pool ready to go [winking face emoji] baby grows have been washed and mentally preparing myself for months & months of sleepless nights [smiling emoji] (im pretty sure the weeing all night & broken sleep is to get us ready for when the baby needs feeding in the night).”

Sharing her thoughts about her unborn child, she went on to question what kind of person he or she may become in the future.
“My world is about to change again for the third time [red heart emoji, earth emoji] I cant help but keep thinking [speech bubble emoji] who are you little one? who will you look like? Will you be a boy or girl? What will you be when you grow up,” she wrote with a stars emoji.
Celebrity friends were quick to comment on the post as Luisa Zissman wrote: “So exciting,” with two red heart emojis, while her sister Billie gushed: “Beautiful,” alongside three red heart emojis.
Meanwhile Charlotte Crosby, who recently shared she pulled her eyelashes out from the stress of announcing her pregnancy to her parents, posted four red heart emojis.
It comes after Sam recently revealed she’s planning a home birth as she wrote to her legion of followers: “Hey guys, I thought I’d take this Sunday evening to give you a little baby update. I know you’ve all seen my bump a lot on here, but I haven’t spoken much about the pregnancy in this last trimester.
“So I’m roughly 4 weeks to due date.. I’m so so excited to meet this little baby, plus to find out if baby is a boy or a girl? It’s actually been really fun not knowing, probably one of life’s biggest surprises we can experience.

“So the last trimester for the third child hasn’t been easy-peasy, mainly with my sleep… I’ve struggled getting comfortable, needing the toilet literally 6,7,8 times each night & the odd restless leg nights too. I’m not complaining as apart from this I’ve had a lovely pregnancy and feeling very blessed and content.”
The star then shared her reasoning behind having a home birth like she did for daughter Rosie, writing: “I’m having a NHS home birth again, my home birth with Rosie was amazing (as could be) so I’m praying I can have the same experience again for this baby, the whole vibe at home is so calm & chilled, if you’re low risk I would 100% recommend you speak to your midwife about home births and just look at all your options.
“It won’t harm knowing about how it works.
“I can’t say I’m super organised in terms of clothing, gadgets & other baby bits, I need to get a move on, although I just love white for a newborn, you can’t beat it.
“Paul & Rosie (especially Paul) are so excited, little Paul cuddles and kisses my bump all day and talks to the baby, it’s the sweetest thing ever. Have a lovely evening, I’ll check back in this week x.”
