Storm, who has been working with the iconic brand since 2021, launched the ArashiBlu collection of swimwear and coverups inspired by the strong, inspiring women in her life, including costar Zendaya and friends Chloe and Halle. Drop two, which is available on Pacsun’s website from March 25, is all about bold jewel tones like marigold, amethyst, and turquoise. “For this collection, I wanted the suits to be bold, bright, and colorful,” Storm said in a press release. “Colors express our emotions, energy, and playfulness, and I am grateful and extremely proud of this continued partnership with Pacsun.”
The team at Pacsun is all about the partnership too. “Storm has an incredible eye for fashion and detail and this new evolution of her ArashiBlu collection really shows her depth and versatility,” said Brie Olson, President at Pacsun. “She is a great partner, and we are so excited to bring these new styles to our consumers in time for warm weather months.”
The 2022 ArashiBlu line includes one-shoulder bikini tops, wrap bikini bottoms, string bikinis, and strappy V-bottoms, and pieces retail for about $30 per piece. Sizing is currently available in XXS to XL. Select pieces from the 2021 drop are still available too, so if there’s a piece you missed last swimsuit season, snap it up now!
Last year, Teen Vogue spoke to Storm about her inspiration behind the first collection. “I wanted to think outside the box. There are not a lot of young people that are coming out with swimsuit lines,” she said of opting to design swimwear instead of launching her own makeup or skincare line. As for the pieces themselves, Storm wanted them to feel special, but still accessible. “I wanted it to feel luxury, I wanted it to feel accessible, and I wanted everybody to be able to put their hands on it,” she shared.
