The pair said their ‘I dos’ in December 2018, and are currently expecting their first child together.
While Chloe, 34, was born in Manchester, the blonde beauty was brought up in London, and is now relocating to the capital which she calls her home.
She and James, 36, moved to the Midlands six years ago after James joined rugby union team, the Wasps, which is based in Coventry.
Sharing the exciting news on social media that they’ve bought a house, Chloe penned to her 248,000 followers: “We have our first marital home!”
“6 years after moving to the midlands for the Wasps relocation, James’ subsequent Saints “finisher”, and a few lockdowns later.
“I’m finally going home to my city, my friends and my family. 6 years.”
“I genuinely can’t put into words this feeling,” she added.
Alongside the announcement, Chloe shared a sweet snap of her and James beaming at one another as she rested her hand on her growing baby bump while wearing a black midi dress.
The happy couple have since been inundated with congratulations. Alice Liveing wrote: “Congratulations,” followed by a clinking glass emoji, as someone else said: “Huge congratulations!!!”

“So lovely and special to be close to your family with your first baby on the way. It’s wonderful news,” wrote someone else, as a fourth penned: “Congrats you two, amazing news!!!!”
In light of the pair’s boy joy, Chloe recently revealed to OK! that it took them nearly two years to conceive.
She said: “I find it quite amusing when people assume that all women, everywhere, want to be a mother, because it’s really complicated.”
After months of not using contraception, Chloe was “nervous” when she still wasn’t pregnant last spring. “We picked up the pace in terms of trying and that nervousness turned into utter fear,” she explained.
“Like, ‘Hang on, I don’t want this option taken away from me.’ I woke up in the middle of the night and it hit me like a ton of bricks. And that pushed me into making a decision and that I absolutely wanted to have a family.”
With their struggles in mind, the mum-to-be revealed that she and James thought they would have to go down the IVF route, but fortunately that didn’t end up being the case.
“We’re very lucky that we didn’t have to go down the IVF or adoption route. But it was a really sad few months where I was scared it wouldn’t happen for me,” Chloe told us.
