An infamous brothel has hit the market for £900,000 with soiled mattresses and raunchy outfits left behind.

Cherry Patch Ranch was opened by pimp Dennis Hof in 2010, some 80 miles away from the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada.

Basketball star Lamar Odom overdosed at the brothel and was given just hours to live after his split from Khloe Kardashian and in the grips of cocaine addiction.

The brothel is now up for sale as part of ‘The Love Ranch’ estate package for US $1.2 million (£900,000).

Included in the price is the 10,500 sq ft Cherry Patch Ranch which includes 15 bedrooms, a bar, commercial kitchen, two mobile homes, a truck and limousine, and 15 acres of land.

Outfits and other garments including pink fluffy scarves and bright red high-heels can be seen scattered across one of the rooms.

‘CONDOMS ARE MANDATORY’ is written in block capitals on a white sign above a light switch, reminding visitors of the rules.

The bedrooms are completely devoid of sunlight, with no windows throughout.

Red carpet, mirrors on the walls and platforms which would play adult movies are still present, along with the old mattresses.

Dark hallways encompass the building, which lead to dingy rooms filled with multiple red and green worn sofas.

Surprisingly, the bar area appears to be well-kept and clean.

Outside, a sign which reads ‘FUN OPEN 24 HRS’ is placed on the wooden framework, along with a woman in red underwear and heels greeting those as they walk inside.

The brothel gained notoriety after basketballer and reality TV star Lamar Odom was found unconscious at the site in October 2015.

The incident was featured on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the show Odom had appeared on with ex-wife Khloe Kardashian.

In Clark County, Las Vegas, prostitution is considered illegal and the brothel was the nearest legal establishment for people to get their fix – marking its popularity amongst users.

Hof, who was the subject of HBO reality show Cathouse, owned seven legal brothels in Nevada, including the Moonlite BunnyRanch.

He was found dead in October 2018 at the age of 72, reportedly dying of a heart attack.

In 2012, plans were announced to turn the building into a brothel museum and document the history of the site, but this never materialised.

After the professional NFL football team, the Oakland Raiders, announced that they would be relocating to the area, it was planned that the brothel would open as ‘Raiders themed.’

Although this would never come to fruition, there were plans to create VIP rooms for players, as well as discounted parties – with the ‘working girls’ being dressed in cheerleading outfits.

The estate is listed by Coldwell Banker, Las Vegas.
