Bob Saget is believed to have died after “hitting his head on a headboard in his hotel room,” by police authorities, it has been claimed.
The Full House actor and stand-up comedian was confirmed to have died from a head injury in Orlando, Florida, on January 9.
The star was found dead in his hotel room at the age of 65, after checking in on January 7.
While the autopsy report has now been completed explaining the exact nature of Bob’s injuries, his wife Kelly Rizzo and daughters Aubrey, Jennifer and Lara requested to have the documents permanently sealed, which they were granted.
Authorities released the pictures of Bob’s hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando in the state it was in when they found his body.

The actor was believed to have hit his head on “something hard covered by something soft,” according to the coroner’s report, which prompted the police to come up with the theory the object in question was the headboard, according to TMZ.
The photos showed the headboard was a white padded vertical design, and images on the hotel’s official website also confirm the same style is in their suites.
The pictures of Bob’s room also showed there was a towel left in the bath and toiletries on the side.
The chief medical examiner of Orange and Osceola counties in Florida has stated that Bob’s cause of death likely came from an accident that led to him hitting the back of his head.
“It is most probable that the decedent suffered an unwitnessed fall backwards and struck the posterior aspect of his head,” the report said.
The reports then said it was likely Bob had initially lost consciousness, travelled to his bed, and then lost consciousness again.
Bob checked into the hotel as he was performing in a stand-up comedy show in the area.
During his stay, the star spoke to a valet and took a selfie with him, and was said to be in good spirits by other hotel staff and fellow guests.
Bob was said to have died around 4am, roughly two hours after getting to his room. His body was then discovered in his room by security the following afternoon.
The star’s wife recently shared a heartbreaking tribute to her late husband on Instagram, as she marked two months since his death.
“2 whole months. I’ve experienced that now time means nothing and everything at the same time,” Kelly shared alongside a sweet snap of them together.
