Love Island finalist Kaz, 26, looked incredible as she appeared at the annual event in a black dress with gorgeous silver diamante and sequin embellishments.
The show-stopping number had a thigh-high split across the front of it as well as a gorgeous structured, strapless body. The gown was created by clothing brand Hana.
She paired the dazzling gown with a pair of long black satin gloves and some silver strappy high-heeled shoes, which wrapped around her ankles.

Kaz added even more glam with a glitter silver drop necklace.
She let the outfit do all the talking as she wore a simple makeup-look with black eyeliner and had her hair up in a classy bun with a full fringe.
Kaz attended the star-studded bash alongside her former estate agent boyfriend Tyler, also 26.
Tyler looked suave in a black two-piece suit, which had a satin lapel. He kept things stylish yet simple with a black turtle neck top underneath and pair of black shiny shoes.
The couple cosied up on the blue carpet as they posed for photos.
Finalists Kaz and Tyler were reunited with their fellow former Islanders as Liberty Poole, who is currently training for Dancing on Ice, Faye Winter and Teddy Soares, Chloe Burrows and Toby Aromolaran and Millie Court and Liam Reardon also attended the event.
It comes after Tyler opened up on his romance with Kaz and explained he feels “pressure” to move in with her, like the rest of the Love Island couples have.
When asked about the ‘pressure’ to move in together, he told OK!: “Yeah definitely there is a pressure I would say.

“When we go to red carpet events and there are people asking out on the streets so in public. I would be a fool to say that isn’t [a pressure] there because it is evidently there.”
He continued: “But for us, we are in our own little bubble, we have got our tunnel vision on, our blinkers on, I think we decided not to move in together because it could have been so easy we could have just rented a place quickly and moved in together but we are thinking more long-term.”
Tyler added: “Both of us want to be on the property ladder by a certain point and I feel as though being in the property game before I have seen how much money people do kind of throw away in terms of renting.”
